I work across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas. These are the communities I know best — the neighborhoods I grew up in, lived in, and continue to serve.
Southwest Metro
Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Savage, Burnsville, Lakeville. This is home turf — I grew up here and know these communities inside and out. Excellent schools, growing commercial centers, and strong property values.
Minneapolis
From the lakes to Northeast to South Minneapolis — I spent years living and working in the city. I understand the unique dynamics of urban neighborhoods, condo markets, and the Minneapolis housing landscape.
Northern Metro
Maple Grove, Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Andover, Ramsey, Elk River. Fast-growing communities with newer construction, family-friendly neighborhoods, and strong demand.
Northeast Corridor
Forest Lake, Hugo, Lino Lakes, White Bear Lake, Centerville, Columbus, North Branch. Where I am now. A mix of established lake communities, newer developments, and small-town character with easy highway access to the cities.
Greater Minnesota
Looking beyond the metro? I serve rural communities and smaller towns across the state. I lived in Duluth and have no problem making the trip north again when the right property or client calls for it. Different pace, different priorities, same level of dedication.
Western Wisconsin
Coming soon. I'm working toward Wisconsin licensure to serve the St. Croix Valley, Hudson, River Falls, and surrounding communities. A lot of Twin Cities buyers are discovering the value across the border.
